Lauren- Owner/Hairstylist
Hi! I’m Lauren—hairstylist, salon owner, and someone who’s been in love with this industry since childhood (thanks to my mom, a former stylist!). I’ve been behind the chair since 2005, and my passion for education and growth in this ever-evolving field is stronger than ever.
Lately, that journey has led me to focus more on hair loss—something so many people struggle with silently. I’m shifting my business in that direction, which means a few services are coming off my menu to make room for new solutions, including semi-permanent options that offer immediate results. Stay tuned!
Whether you’re new here or have been with me for years, thank you so much for your trust and support. My goal is always the same—whether you’re in my chair or with one of the amazing stylists at Blend Beauty Collective—I want you to feel comfortable, cared for, and leave feeling like the very best version of yourself.
Carly- Co-founder/ Hairstylist
Carly began her career 15 years ago specializing in cutting, she has since taken a dive into the world of color and is passionate about both. Carly takes pride in being able to meet and service every client that sits in her chair.
Carly, a Texas native, has lived in Wilmington the past 18 years. She couldn’t imagine a better place to raise Parker, her son, or Lincoln (her crazy boxer) and wouldn’t want to do life anywhere else.
When Carly isn’t behind the chair, she enjoys playing with her son, and cheering him on for all his accomplishments and dreams. Not one to sit around Carly loves exercise in whatever form it comes. The water is Carly’s happy place. Her love split between the ocean and the lakes of Minnesota.
Danielle - Stylist
Education is at the heart of my mission. I want you to feel heard while also teaching you how to best manage your hair. I am committed to offering personalized experiences, making sure you leave the salon feeling confident and empowered. No matter how you identify or what you believe in you will always be welcomed and celebrated in my chair!
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me out on the boat with friends or hanging with my dog, Dolly. Training and loving on Dolly is my bliss. I also love reading, music, diving into mixed media art and attending art shows downtown. These passions keep me inspired and add that extra creative spark to everything I do.

Hi there! I'm Jessica, a licensed hairstylist since 2015 with a lifelong passion for beauty and self-care. I believe in helping others feel their best by bringing out their natural confidence and guiding them toward the most radiant version of themselves.
My mission is rooted in inspiration—when we feel good, we pass that energy on, creating a more uplifting, connected community.
With me at BLEND, you'll find an intimate salon experience tailored to your unique hair needs. Over the past decade, I've honed my skills in long hair cutting, curl cutting, blonding and color services, extensions, and advanced smoothing treatments. No matter the service, the health and integrity of your hair always come first.
My goal is to help you achieve your hair dreams—and leave feeling confident, refreshed, and truly seen.
